Help with uploads, tasks, and results
Use the checks below to resolve common upload, task, and result issues.
Upload checks
Use PNG, JPG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF. Keep each file at or below 10 MB and make both dimensions at least 512 pixels. A file whose extension or reported type does not match its actual image data is rejected.
Task and result checks
Generation continues after the task is created, and you can return from the same browser within 24 hours. A completed image can be regenerated once while its earlier version remains available. An image that could not be generated can also be retried once. Closing a task tab does not cancel or delete it.
Deletion
Deleting a task or result starts a 10-second undo period. After that period, the related files and task data are deleted from this site and cannot be restored.
